Disclaimer:

Some permit information prior to 2006 may not be fully up to date, as the Building Department’s computer system was not being fully utilized prior to 2006. All permit record information will be updated in the computer system before being permanently archived. If you have questions regarding any information being viewed on these web pages, please contact the Building Department at 772-589-5537.

Inspections may be scheduled on all days except weekends and City observed holidays. You may request or cancel a requested inspection until 12:00 a.m., all requested inspections automatically schedule for the next day. Inspection results will be posted by 5:00 pm each workday. Re-inspections may be requested only after the inspection results have been posted.

Note: Fire Department inspections must be scheduled through
Indian River Fire Rescue at 772-226-1880.
