All fitness and gymnastic classes are under the direction of Kathy Falzone, City of Sebastian Recreation supervisor. Mrs. Falzone's current certifications include American Council on Exercise Group Fitness, Tai Chi for Health, Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, USA Gymnastic Safety certified and several specialty certifications such as cardio-kickboxing and sports nutrition. She has been teaching fitness classes and recreational gymnastics in Sebastian for the past 20 + years.
