Mr. Kelso will direct you to the City Clerks Office, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, FL to purchase lots and niches.The Physical Address is 1921 N. Central Avenue, Sebastian, FL 32958. 1. Residents who reside in the corporate limits of the City of Sebastian. 2. Non-residents. INCLUDED WITH PURCHASE. The purchase price for in-ground interment sites includes sodding of the grave site and perpetual care, but does not include the cost of installing a suitable concrete foundation for grave markers as required by Section 34-18 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sebastian. The purchase price for niche interment space includes a bronze plaque provided, engraved and mounted by the City of Sebastian.
