Our Bond Information

The City Of Sebastian has engaged DAC, an Ernst & Young LLP Company, as its Investment Relations Provider. To view the City Of Sebastian's secondary market disclosure information:

·   Click here to go to www.dacbond.com

· In the DAC for Investors box on the left, click on Register to select your personal username and password

Your username and password will be activated and you will receive an email confirmation.

· Type in your username and password in the fields provided on the Log In page

· On the bottom of the "Attention" page, click on "Continue to DAC website"

· On the left of the page in the "Quick Search" area, click "Advanced Search"

· Select "Obligor" in the Search Type

· Select "S" and select Sebastian, Florida, City Of

· You will see the City Of Sebastian's bond portfolio of issues

· Click on the issue to view information options.

The responsibilities of the Finance department are distributed among the following functions: Accounting and Auditing, Accounts Payable, Budget, Payroll, Grant Administration, Investment, and Risk Management.

Accounting and Auditing
Includes debt management and capital financing, financial reporting, treasury services, inventory management, and Fixed Asset Management.

Accounts Payable
Processes vendor payments weekly and mails check to the vendors' address each Friday morning. All inquiries vendors regarding payment status should be directed to Jenny Murray

Budget
Provides Council and management staff of departments with timely and objective advices and information to ensure both the financial integrity of the City and the optimal balance between efficient and effective service levels, levels of taxation, and user fees. Contact Ken Killgore.

Payroll
Process the City payroll for approximately 200 employees. Prepare and distribute paychecks as well as ensuring the accuracy of same. Handles inquires from and provides information to employees with respect to their paychecks. Contact Nancy Veidt

Grant Administration
The Finance Department is responsible for overseeing compliance and requesting all reimbursements associated with Grants awarded to the City of Sebastian. Contact Debra Krueger. Current Grants list is available in a PDF format.

Investment
The finance director is responsible for all city's investments. City funds are invested in accordance to the City's Investment policy. Contact Ken Killgore
