SEBASTIAN STORMWATER UTILITY FEE CREDIT PROGRAM

On February 27, 2019, City Council adopted Ordinance No. O-19-02 and Resolution No. R-19-03 regarding Stormwater Utility Fee Credits and the methodology for determining such credit.
Non-Residential and Undeveloped Parcels may be eligible to receive credit through this program.

Stormwater Utility customers may receive a credit for constructing, operating and maintaining a stormwater facility on the property per Ordinance # O-19-02 and the Stormwater Utility Fee Credit Policy. Customers seeking a credit must submit all required information by no later than June 1st to be eligible for a Stormwater Utility Fee credit. All Stormwater Utility Fees will be listed on the property tax mail-out in November.

Applications for Stormwater Utility Fee Credits can be obtained and should be submitted to:
Community Development Department, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida or visit our website at www.cityofsebastian.org.

The City of Sebastian CRA will not be conducting a meeting on March 27, 2019 as previously noticed in the Indian River Press Journal.

THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, HAS SCHEDULED A PUBLIC HEARING IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1225 MAIN STREET, SEBASTIAN AT A REGULAR MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, MARCH 21, 2019, AT 6:00 P.M., TO CONSIDER APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION SITE PLAN APPLICATION FOR A 2,400 SF RETAIL SALES BUILDING [VERIZON] ALONG WITH REQUIRED PARKING, LANDSCAPING, AND DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING OFFICE BUILDING. THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED PROJECT IS 1676 US HIGHWAY #1. I.R.C. TAX PARCEL ID NO. IS 30-38-21-00001-9999-00021.0.
