The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the City of Sebastian

The Sebastian Planning and Zoning Commission shall have the power and authority to carry out the duties and responsibilities conferred upon it by the land development code consistent with section 163.3174, F.S. and shall perform these duties in the best interests of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Sebastian.
