City of Sebastian suggests that all Contractors/Consultants providing services to the City of Sebastian conduct a daily screening of all employees, independent contractors, and other workers performing services.
Bids/proposals submitted electronically via VendorLink are strongly encouraged. If physical submissions are accepted for a specific solicitation, please consider submitting by mail instead of hand delivering. If hand delivering, allow for enough time to be properly checked into City Hall before the solicitation due date and time.
Vendors may virtually attend solicitation openings and evaluation committee meetings by ZOOM Meetings. ZOOM can be accessed via phone, laptop/computer, or phone application. Meetings that are be open to the public to attend in person will adhere to COVID-19 recommendations.
