Biography
Fred and his wife, Carrie have lived in Sebastian since 1991. Fred is a US Marine Corps veteran and a master mason. Fred is a retired Lieutenant from the Florida Highway Patrol after serving more than 30 years. Fred served 12 years as a board member of the Substance Awareness Council of Indian River County and was formerly the Chair of its Board. Fred also served as the Chair of the Charter Review Committee for the City of Sebastian. Fred is a past president of the local Fraternal Order of Police and past president of the local International Police Association. Fred has received training in Florida Wetlands Conservation/Management and has extensive training and experience in emergency management. Fred is also a member of the Sebastian Exchange Club. Fred has the proven ability to work well with others, especially during a crisis.

- Maintaining/Upgrading our Infrastructure
- Septic to Sewer Conversion
Fred will protect our water quality, defend our property rights and safeguard our quality of life to keep Sebastian Beautiful.
