State Housing Initiative Partnership Program (SHIP) new fiscal year applications will be accepted starting August 1st. Applications will be accepted until June 30, 2024 or when all funds are encumbered.
All submittals of SHIP Preliminary Applications must be in person and by appointment (772) 226-1870. The Preliminary Application and the County’s Local Housing Plan (LHAP – FY 2021-2024) are available on the County’s website:
