Information We Collect
When you send a text message to a City-issued number, we collect your mobile phone number, the content of your messages, and the date and time of each message.
How Information Is Used
We use SMS messaging to respond to your request, provide information related to your inquiry, and support official City operations. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information or share SMS message content with third parties except when required by law or when needed to carry out official City functions. SMS consent is not shared with third parties.
Consent to Message
Your first inbound text message to a City-issued number serves as your consent for the City to respond by SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time by replying STOP.
