CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA
The City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida, proposes to adopt the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. O-22-06
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE BY ADDING SECTION 54-2-5.2.4A, NEW ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS FOR RM-10 RELATING TO MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USES; AMENDING LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 54-2-5.2.4A BY AMENDING CONDITIONAL USE CRITERIA RELATING TO RM-10 MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USES; AMENDING SECTION 54-3-15.2 PARKING REQUIREMENTS RELATING TO MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL USES; PROVIDING FOR SERVABILITY AND REPEAL OF LAWS IN CONFLICT; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION; PROVIDING FOR SCRIVENER'S ERRORS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. i
In accordance with F.S. 166.014, the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Indian River County, Florida will hold a public hearing concerning the adoption of the above referenced ordinance on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at approximately 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida. At the conclusion of this hearing, the City Council may schedule a second public hearing for Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the same location, after which the City Council may adopt this ordinance. Interested parties may inspect the proposed ordinance in the Community Development Department's office at City Hall, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may apper at the hearing(s) and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance.
Any person who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made by the City Council at this hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will be based. (286.0105F.S.)
