The City of Sebastian has received an application requesting approval for a model home permit {D R Horton, Inc.} for a single-family home and parking area to be located at 1098 & 1086 Roseland Road, Sebastian, Florida, on Lots 1 & 2, Block 169, Sebastian Highlands Unit 5.
Since you are a property owner within a 300’ radius of this property, you are hereby notified that the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding this matter on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1225 Main Street, Sebastian, Florida.
If you have any objections please advise either by mail, internet, or at the hearing. All interested parties may appear at the hearing and be heard with respect to the proposed application.

No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of the foregoing meeting.
