THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, HAS SCHEDULED A QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 1225 MAIN STREET, SEBASTIAN, AT A REGULAR MEETING TO BE HELD ON THURSDAY, JULY 15TH, 2021, AT 6:00 P.M., TO CONSIDER APPROVING A SITE PLAN MODIFICATION FOR THE NORTH COUNTY LIBRARY LOCATED AT 1001 SEBASTIAN BOULEVARD FOR A 2,800 SF BUILDING EXPANSOIN ALONG WITH ASSOCIATED PARKING, DRAINAGE, AND LANDSCAPING. TAX PARCEL ID IS 31381400004000000000.7. THE PROPERTY IS ZONED PS (PUBLIC SERVICE) WITH A FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF INS (INSTITUTIONAL).

 

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY APPEAR AT THE HEARING AND BE HEARD WITH RESPECT TO THE PROPOSED SITE PLAN. THE SITE PLAN IS AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, OR AT (772)-388-8232 FOR QUESTIONS.

No stenographic record by a certified court reporter will be made of the foregoing meeting.  Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be heard.  (F.S.286.0105)
