Mission
Our mission is to acquire goods and services by a method that will maximize the purchasing value of public funds while ensuring an open, fair and equitable competitive process in accordance with the City’s procurement policy, state statues and best practices.
Rules & Regulations
The procurement process, rules and guidelines of the City of Sebastian are established in the City Code of Ordinance Chapter 2, Section 2-10.

Award-Winning Performance
For the 1st year, City of Sebastian's Procurement Division has received the prestigious "Achievement of Excellence in Procurement" award from the National Purchasing Institute (NPI). Presented annually, the award is designed to recognize organizational excellence in public procurement. The award measures innovation, professionalism, productivity, and leadership attributes of the procurement organization.
For the 2nd consecutive year, City of Sebastian's Procurement Division has received the "Excellence in Achievement" Agency Certification from the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPC). This certification identifies organizations that have earned the unique honor of achieving and maintaining staff that are UPPCC Certified.
